Applications are invited from interested Bhutanese candidates who meet the following criteria to be recruited in Penden Cement Authority Limited (PCAL), Gomtu.
1. Position: Junior Engineer-II (Electronic & Com.)
Slot: 1
Qualification: Diploma in Electronic & Communication Engineering
Employment Type:
Regular. The candidate shall be on probation for a maximum period of six months from the date of joining. Upon successful completion of probation period, PCAL shall confirm/regularize the candidate’s employment in PCAL.

2. Position: Apprentice – Junior Engineer-II (Electrical)
Slot: 2
Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Regular. The candidate shall be on probation for a maximum period of six months from the date of joining. Upon successful completion of probation period, PCAL shall confirm/regularize the candidate’s employment in PCAL.

Qualification: Diploma in Materials and Procurement Management
Employment Type:

Regular. The candidate shall be on probation for a maximum period of six months from the date of joining. Upon successful completion of probation period, PCAL shall confirm/regularize the candidate’s employment in PCAL.

Job description in brief: To assist Head-Procurement/Immediate Supervisor in day-to-day functions of Procurement division.
